General:
• Full payment is required before confirmation.
• It is not possible to change/swap services once the package is confirmed.
• Service is not transferable.
• We recommend you to arrive 15mins prior to your appointment. A late arrival after appointment time will be subject to availability.
• Appointment change or cancellation must be made 24hrs in advance or considered 100% full amount charged.
• Personal Trainers / Nutritionists require advanced booking.
• Guest can book directly to each venue or use Handigo Chat Application to do so.
• Non-pre-booked appointments will require 24-hour notice.
• No booking is required for group classes.
• Cannabis is not allowed in our resort.
Accommodation:
• Check-in: 15:00 hrs. and Check-out: 12:00hrs
• A refundable accidental deposit of 1,000 THB per night will be collected upon check-in and to be returned upon checkout
• Housekeeping service 2 times per week: Change of linen and towels, amenities refilling (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee capsule)
LeSpa: (9.00am-10.00pm)
• Male & Female Onsen 9 am to 4 pm (will be charge per person per hour and bring own swim ware)
• Mixed Onsen: 4 pm to 10 pm (will be charge per person per hour and bring own swim ware)
• Children age below 18 years old not allowed for Floating Therapy & Onsen Wet Area.
Wellness Clinic: (9.00am-7.00pm)
• Children below 18 years old not allowed for Cryotherapy and Medical treatment IV.
Stay Fit:
• Children below 14 years old no allowed to access gym.
• Children under the age of 14 are only allowed to participate in personal training sessions with a signed consent form and liability waiver from a parent or guardian.
Stay Green Café:
• Breakfast (Wellness package menu) 8.00am-11.00am
• Lunch (Wellness package menu) 12.00am-6.00pm
• Snack (Wellness package menu) 12.00am-6.00pm
• Dinner (Wellness package menu) 6.00pm-9.30pm
• Room service is not available for Wellness package menu.
Fresca Restaurant:

Packages without Accommodation:
• It is not possible to use Swimming Pools nor shower in the Resort.
