– Minimum order for any event is 40-80 guests.
– All prices quoted are for a specific number of guests and a specified package; any change in numbers or dietary requirements will affect the quoted price.
– A first deposit of 50% is required upon signing the agreement. A second deposit of 50% is required 10 days prior to the event’s date.
– Final numbers of guests must be notified to us in writing no later and
14 days prior to the event. If final numbers are more than 10% lower than quoted, we reserve the right to make a surcharge.
– If on the day of the event, the total number of guests is fewer than booked, there will be no alteration to the price.
– Shall the event be cancelled 30 days prior to the event’s date, Fresca Catering reserves the right to keep the 1st deposit.
– The client is responsible to provide utilities such as: electricity, water, sewage.
