STAY FARM

Farm above LeSpa – 16 beds with a total cultivating surface of 206sqm.

This area is mainly used to grow Rocket, Green Oak and Red Oak salads.

Farm located next to the Resort – 5 greenhouses representing 180sqm used to cultivate Rocket, Green Oak and Red Oak salads. The areas around the greenhouses used to cultivate limes, Sweet Basil, Mint, Italian Basil, Papaya, Banana

Chicken Coop – average of 380 hens running freely around and fed with organic food and Chia Flax Seeds to encourage Omega-3 production. An average of 280 organic eggs are collected daily for our restaurants.

Mushroom Farm – grown in the dark and humid environment; our Oyster mushrooms are used in our Thai food.

Other Initiatives from our Farm –

  • Recycling left over food from the restaurants to feed our hens (vegetables, bread)
  • Recycling egg shelves and oyster shelves which are rich in calcium for our hens
  • Recycling of coffee grounds as plant fertilizer
  • Organic compost from our waste to use as plant fertilizer
