Please adhere to our “STAY Smart Policy”
Throughout The Resort
• Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas. Use of Cannabis is forbidden.
• Keep your children supervised (no screaming, no running around).
• No pets allowed in the public areas and guestrooms.
• Parking vehicles in prohibited areas will incur a 2,000THB charge.
• Cars and motorbikes do not have priority over pedestrians. Speed limit around the Resort is 10kph. Speeding will incur a 3,000THB charge.
• Offensive behavior with our Team Members (including shouting or use of coarse language) will not be tolerated and result in service suspension.
• There is a No Party and No Disturbance Policy. If found disturbing other guests with loud noises, music, etc… a fine of 10,000THB will occur.
In Your Room
• No smoking indoor (5,000 THB charge per occurrence).
• No hanging of clothes on the balcony glass panel.
• Do not leave your shoes or garbage bags outside of your room.
• There is a No Party and No Disturbance Policy. If found disturbing other guests with loud noises, music, etc… a fine of 10,000THB will occur.
Pool Areas
• Swimming pool and sunbed areas are smoke-free.
• Pool opening and closing times must be respected.
• No personal music allowed.
Disrespecting the above may result in the eviction of the Resort without refund or compensation.
