Please adhere to our “STAY Smart Policy”
Throughout The Resort
• Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas. Smoking Cannabis is forbidden in Public Areas.
• Dress appropriately when in public (Restaurants, Fitness, Lobby, Spa).
• Loud noises are not allowed.
• No smoking policy indoors (5,000 THB charge per occurrence).
• No hanging of clothes on the balcony glass panel.
• Strictly no-party policy.
• Loud noises are not allowed.
• Offensive behavior with our Team Members (including shouting or use of coarse language) will not be tolerated and in termination of service.
• Keep your children supervised and behaving (no running around).
• No pets allowed.
• Parking vehicles in prohibited areas will incur a 2,000THB charge.
• Speed limit around the Resort is 20kph. Speeding will incur a 2,000THB charge.
In Your Room

• No loud music.
• Do not leave your shoes or garbage bags outside of your room.
• Durian and Jackfruit are strictly forbidden in the Resort (5,000 THB charge for cleaning will be imposed for any violation).
Pool Areas
• Swimming pool and sunbed area are smoke-free.
• Strict enforcement of pool opening and closing times.
• No personal music allowed.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke Cannabis in the Public Areas (Restaurants, Walkways, Pool Areas, etc.)
Disrespecting the above rules may result in the eviction from the Resort without refund or compensation.
